Humidification Plant:
We have installed Best Humidification plant available in the industry to suit cotton fabric manufacturing at high speed. The plant is installed by Wind Water Systems.
Sectional Warping:
We have installed best in class sectional warping machine from Prashant Gamatex which is suitable for various weaving preparatory jobs for different qualities of fabrics.
Direct Warping:
We have installed two Direct Warping Machines one with V Creel & Other with H Creel to undertake the job of cone unwinding and warping of both Open End Yarns & Ring Spun Yarns of varied counts from 8s to 100s.
Sizing Machine:
We have installed PLC based Prashant Westpoint Sizing Machine which is designed to undertake the best quality of sizing job of all the type of yarns at high speed.
Power Back Up:
We have installed Sterling Make DG Set for Power Back to ensure uninterrupted supply of power to the manufacturing facility.
